Aquamarine Gold Filled Heart Bottle Pendant This pendant is made to look like a tiny bottle that holds a heart-shaped gemstone. The bottle has a rounded, slightly flared body, a narrow neck, and a top that flares out a bit, just like a real bottle. The middle part of the bottle is open so you can see the gem inside. In the center, there’s a heart-shaped Aquamarine held up with three tiny prongs. At the top, there’s a stopper made to look like a cork, and it’s decorated with small round diamonds set close together using prongs. The pendant hangs from a fine yellow chain that connects through a loop at the top of the cork. Everything—the bottle, the stopper, the prongs, and the chain—is coated in shiny gold plating.
